Shipping Policy

Stotra Studio offers free shipping on orders above INR 1000 within India. However, international shipments will be charged on actuals.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated anywhere between 3-10 business days depending on the location to be shipped in India and 7-12 days in case of international shipment. We only use reputable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Stotra Studio is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post as it’s beyond our control. However, we take full responsibility of the value of the shipment till it reaches the customer.

Our products will be packed in a secure tamper proof packaging. If you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery. If delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel arrived in a secure manner.

Octroi & Entry Tax (if applicable) as per local laws of the delivery location shall have to be borne by the customer.

All items in one cart will be shipped to one address only. Separate orders have to be created for each address.

Cancellations: We will be able to accept a cancellation request any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery.

International Shipping

Please note based on the country of delivery, our courier company may need to get customs clearance for your goods before delivering them to you. Additional taxes/import duties/customs charges (if any) levied by the country of import will be chargeable to the customer. The customer is liable to reimburse the courier company for any such charges paid by the courier company on behalf of the customer.

Shipping Costs are usually calculated automatically at checkout depending on weight and country the parcel needs to be shipped to.
